Oyster named Jack is set to break a world record. Owner compares it to “Usain Bolt”

An Australian man claims that he has been growing the world’s largest oyster; which he named “Jack”. Bernie Connell will be presenting Jack, the 4 year old oyster this Saturday at the regional oyster festival in New South Whales. The current Guinness world record for the biggest oyster is 1.62kg. Jack is said to weigh 2kg. Bernie, the owner, says Jack is a champion “like Usain Bolt!”
